How Jauntr.ai protects your data

Google user data — access, use, sharing, storage & deletion

1.1 What we access

When you sign in with Google, Jauntr.ai requests access only to the following basic profile information:

We request the minimum data necessary to operate Jauntr.ai.

1.2 How we use it

We use this Google account information only to authenticate and log you into Jauntr.ai, create and manage your account, display your name inside your account, and secure your account against unauthorized access.

We do not use Google data for advertising or marketing, selling to third parties, AI or model training, or any purpose unrelated to login and account management.

1.3 How it is shared

Jauntr.ai does not share Google user data with any third parties except where legally required. Specifically:

• Google user data is never shared with AI service providers, and is never used for AI features.
• AI tools only process content you manually enter — never your Google account information.
• We do not sell, rent, or disclose Google user data for advertising, analytics, or marketing.
• Your name, email, profile photo and Google Account ID remain strictly within Jauntr.ai, used only for authentication and account management.

1.4 How it is stored & protected

Google user data is stored in our secure database hosted on Supabase (Amazon Web Services). It is not stored locally on user devices, and is never merged with unrelated datasets.

• Continuous security monitoring
• Access restricted to authorized personnel

1.5 Retention & deletion

We retain Google user data only while your Jauntr.ai account is active. When you delete your account, all Google user data, all personal information, and all itineraries, notes, journals and saved trips are permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.

Other personal information we collect

2.1 Information you provide directly

Your name and email; the travel itineraries and trips you create; and your journal entries, comments and saved content.

If you join the launch list on jauntr.ai, we collect the email address you enter and use it only to send you one email when Jauntr launches. It is stored in our Supabase database (Amazon Web Services), is not used for marketing or shared, and is deleted on request to info@goserendip.com. To prevent abuse of the sign-up form we also process a hashed form of your IP address, kept for under one hour.

2.2 Information collected automatically

IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on features, and cookies or similar technologies. This helps improve site performance, security and user experience.

Jauntr.ai is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your data may be stored or processed in the United States or other countries. We use secure transfer mechanisms where legally required.
